In the Russian Federation, 9,761 infected with COVID-19 were detected per day

Over the past day, 9,761 cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in the Russian Federation, which is 306 less than on October 20.

According to the headquarters for combating the spread of the disease, the number of people infected with COVID-19 who required inpatient treatment decreased by 9.7% compared to the previous day, to 1,413 people. 15,672 recovered from coronavirus, which is 14.6% less than the day before.

Over the past day, 93 cases of death from COVID-19 have been registered in the country, the day before — 90.

Earlier it became known that Rospotrebnadzor canceled the requirement to take a test for coronavirus for unvaccinated Russians who enter the country from abroad.
