Women look slim and beau­ti­ful, and a man attracts with his strength and charm. Maybe it’s all about the juice? It is impos­si­ble to unam­bigu­ous­ly answer this ques­tion. In order for the drink to bring ben­e­fits and good mood, you need to know when and how best to drink fresh­ly squeezed juice.

Tough choice: juice, vegetable or fruit

Eat fruit or drink juice? It may give the illu­sion that they are one and the same.
