What to eat with toxicosis
Ginger perfectly removes the manifestations of toxicosis. You can make tea from it, or you can just chew the pieces or add them to a vegetable salad. Also a good choice for snacks is dried apricots, which normalizes the level of potassium in the body.
Spicy, salty and fatty — avoid. If you really want salty, then you need to eat it little by little — for example, one lightly salted cucumber or a piece of fish. But it is worth leaning on protein foods rich in B vitamins — for example, a boiled egg with toast is ideal for breakfast.
After consulting with your doctor, you can choose homeopathic remedies for yourself. It is also recommended to walk a lot and be less in rooms with stale air. It is worth taking special vitamins and avoiding stress as much as possible.
