With such an unpleas­ant phe­nom­e­non as snor­ing, it was pos­si­ble to meet, per­haps, every­one. It caus­es a lot of incon­ve­nience: it tires, irri­tates, but most impor­tant­ly, snor­ing can be life-threat­en­ing.

Why does a person snore?

Snor­ing can be observed in men, women, and even chil­dren. From a phys­i­o­log­i­cal point of view, at the moment when a per­son snores, the mus­cles of the soft palate relax and the tongue retracts. Its beat­ing dur­ing breath­ing caus­es a char­ac­ter­is­tic sound. Snor­ing, which does not pose a threat to life, often inter­feres with those around you, pre­vent­ing you from get­ting enough sleep and enjoy­ing sleep.

    Second exercise. Stretch the tip of the tongue to the chin, keeping the muscles in tension. In this case, it is not necessary to stick out the entire tongue completely, only the tip is possible. The most important thing is to strain as many muscles as possible.
    Third exercise. Press the fist on the chin, trying to push the lower jaw back. At the same time, create resistance with the muscles, pushing the fist back, straining the cheeks, tongue, neck, etc. throughout the entire exercise.
    Fourth exercise. Hold the pencil between your lips and teeth. Press on it with your lips, upper, lower jaw for three to five seconds, tensing your muscles, then loosen. Such an exercise, in addition to treating snoring, is also an excellent prevention of the appearance of a second chin.
